What has gone right in my life today?
It can be the simplest of things, like an amazing lunch or the sun was shining. It can be something grand as well, such as I got a new job, my best friend called just to say hello, I got a wonderful letter from my loved one.
Life is constantly full of ups and downs. When I find myself getting to negative I write down what I am grateful for that day or in my life. Focusing on the positive even if it’s little changes our way of thinking and can have an impact on our health.
No one and I repeat no one, goes through a whole day without one positive thing to happen or without have one thing they are grateful for.
Negative things can be turned into a positive. Something bad happens find a lesson to be learned in the situation.
Strength doesn’t come from never being knocked down in bad situations. It comes from being knocked down and getting back up and your reaction.
I would like to end my blog with a very helpful prayer.
The prayer goes like this
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can
And the wisdoms to know the difference.
